Hosting
This website runs on a server operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes the access data listed below solely on our behalf (data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR). Processing takes place within the EU.
Server log files
Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically stores the following data in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- requested address (URL)
- browser and operating system used (user agent)
- previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted by the browser
This data is technically required to deliver the website and serves the security and troubleshooting of its operation. We also use the log files to compile simple access statistics (such as the number of views per page) – without cookies and without third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after 30 days. They are not passed on to third parties or combined with other data sources.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. No content is loaded from third-party servers; fonts and graphics are delivered directly from our own server. Visiting the site does not establish any connection to Google or other third parties.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Our emails are processed by Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) as a data processor. The legal basis is the handling of your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We do not pass it on without your consent.
Data security
The connection to this website is encrypted with TLS.
Your rights
In principle, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, please write to office@cr-solutions.at.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
